ERP & Operations Administrator
Hinckley, Leicestershire
Full-Time, Permanent
£36,000 (on-site)

Join a growing UK-based manufacturing business, part of an international group, where you'll play a key role in optimising their ERP system (Sage X3) and supporting day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on, varied role with plenty of opportunities for growth!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimise ERP processes across operations (order processing, planning, logistics)
2. Support MRP, quoting, and continuous improvement initiatives
3. Act as the internal ERP expert and provide support to the team
4. Work closely with the site manager to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience with ERP systems (Sage X3 preferred)
2. Strong knowledge of manufacturing or logistics processes
3. Confident, hands-on, and analytical approach
4. Ability to thrive in a small, dynamic business environment
