Job summary

Wright Staff in Pershore, Worcestershire, is seeking an MRP System Manager to own the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Sicon Manufacturing system across production. You will ensure data integrity and optimise manufacturing workflows.

Collaborating with Engineering, Procurement and Production, you will configure BOMs, monitor stock levels, develop KPI dashboards, and lead improvements; prior ERP/MRP experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree level educated and/or recognised certification in Technology ideally MRP/ERP systems.
• While formal qualifications relevant to the role will be beneficial, candidates 'qualified by experience' will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Sicon Manufacturing system across production functions.
• Track stock, monitor production progress, and generate reports.
• Configure Sicon Manufacturing to meet production requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement and Production teams.
• Lead projects to improve Sicon Manufacturing and integrate Sage.
• Drive KPI dashboards and production performance.
