Job summary

Huws Gray Limited is seeking an experienced Test Lead or Test Manager to own end-to-end testing for a major ERP modernization project. You’ll define strategy, governance and evidence to enable confident go/no-go decisions.

In a hybrid UK role, you’ll lead functional, regression, integration, data and performance testing, coordinate data migrations, UAT and defect management, and collaborate with technology, business teams and third-party partners to ensure readiness before go-live.

Qualifications

• Experience leading testing across complex technology programmes, preferably ERP modernisation.
• Capable of defining test strategy, governance and evidence for go/no-go decisions.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional testing including data migration and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the overall test strategy, detailed test plan and governance.
• Lead functional and regression testing across ERP environments.
• Coordinate end-to-end integration testing with third-party systems.
• Oversee data migration testing and reconciliation with SMEs.
• Coordinate performance and load testing for scale readiness.
• Lead the UAT approach with clear acceptance criteria.
• Own defect management and reporting to governance.
