Job summary

Huws Gray Limited is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the Core ERP Modernisation as part of the Technology team. You will own end-to-end delivery of a major platform transformation, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure structured progress and successful outcomes.

You will drive governance, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain clear visibility of milestones, decisions and outcomes.

• Proven track record delivering complex, business-critical technology programmes.
• Experience with ERP or major platform transformation.
• Strong governance, cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee testing, business readiness, migration, cutover and hypercare.
• Drive the programme through agreed stage gates, ensuring clear evidence supports key go/no-go decisions.
• Maintain a clear view of progress, risks and decisions, escalating early where intervention is needed.

Huws Gray | Remote / Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join our Technology team and lead one of our key technology transformation programmes: the modernisation of our core ERP platform.

This is a significant, business-critical technology programme with visibility across Huws Gray. You’ll take ownership of the programme end to end, bringing together our internal teams and third-party partners to ensure delivery is structured, controlled and on track.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the integrated programme plan, milestones, critical path and dependencies.
