Sheffield Forgemasters International is seeking an ERP Lead to join our IT team at the Sheffield site. You will own the Infor LN CloudSuite rollout, optimise processes across manufacturing, inventory, quality and supply chain, and champion change management to maximise adoption.

This role bridges IT, operations and the shop floor, translating heavy engineering workflows into scalable ERP solutions and shaping the ERP roadmap.

Qualificações

• Proven ERP lead experience, ideally with Infor LN CloudSuite.
• Manufacturing ERP background in steelmaking/heavy industry.
• Strong grasp of production planning, scheduling, inventory, quality and costing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the ERP implementation, rollout and continuous improvement of Infor LN CloudSuite across the business.
• Drive adoption of standard ERP processes for manufacturing, production, quality, inventory and supply chain.
• Collaborate with operations to translate heavy engineering processes into ERP solutions.
• Champion business transformation by replacing legacy processes with scalable ERP ways of working.
• Develop and deliver change management, training and communications to maximise engagement and adoption.
• Establish master data governance and data quality standards to support operational excellence.
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners, providing leadership throughout the ERP programme.
• Own the ERP roadmap and identify opportunities to enhance capability and efficiency.
