Qualifications

• Strong software skills in ERP platforms (SAP, Sage, Oracle, Infor, Dynamics, Epicor, Netsuite).
• SQL development experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze and re-engineer business processes.
• Gather and document requirements clearly.
• Design functional solutions for ERP implementations.
• Perform gap/fit analysis and data migration tasks.
• Lead testing cycles and validate results.
• Participate in project planning and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects at customer sites.
• Analyze business processes and design solutions.
• Gather requirements and translate to functional specs.
• Develop and validate SQL/Oracle queries as needed.
