Job summary

Enable is seeking a Functional Consultant to provide high quality software implementation consultancy for our customers. You will translate business requirements into design, configure the ERP to meet needs, and deliver on-site or remote implementations with guidance from technical teams.

You will conduct requirements analysis, create solution designs, develop test scripts, train users, and support production use while building strong customer relationships across projects.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in ERP implementations.
• Business Analysis to capture business requirements and agree them with the customer.
• Configuration certification in setting up ERP solutions to meet business requirements.
• Triages and troubleshoots both implemented designs and new solution designs quickly and accurately.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of Order to Cash or Procure to Pay processes.
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or Manufacturing with understanding of related processes.

Responsibilities

• Define customer requirements and obtain agreement.
• Learn, articulate, configure and design a solution for customer requirements.
• Own tasks to ensure issues are solved across business and technical areas.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners and internal teams.
• Run customer workshops to enable solution implementation and adoption.
• Train project teams and end users on the business solution.
• Produce BRD, FDD, Configuration and Test docs as agreed with the customer.
• Contribute to execution and triage of proposed solution designs.
