Job summary

Enable seeks a Functional Consultant to provide high-quality ERP implementation consultancy for pricing and rebate solutions. The role acts as the bridge between customers and technical teams, guiding customisations to meet agreed requirements.

You will handle requirements analysis, design, configuration, implementation, training, integration, testing and production support, on-site or remotely. You will define customer requirements, learn and design solutions, own task ownership for issues, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ERP implementation experience with an implementer or partner.
• Ability to capture requirements, document and align with customers.
• Certification in ERP configuration and design.
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or Manufacturing processes.
• Experience defining requirements and creating solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Define customer requirements and validate them with stakeholders.
• Learn, articulate, configure and design customer solutions.
• Own tasks to ensure customer requirements and issues are resolved.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, partners and internal teams.
• Lead customer workshops to enable solution implementations.
• Train project teams and end users on business solutions.
• Produce design, configuration and test documentation agreed with the customer.
• Act as conduit between customer and Enable teams for resolutions.
• Manage multiple projects including implementations and support.
• Drive closure of functional and technical issues across projects.
