Job summary

Ark Technology Consultants seeks an ERP Business Systems Analyst to own ERP problems and drive solutions during its multi-phase manufacturing/distribution ERP rollout. You will partner with SMEs to translate business needs into ERP requirements and support multiple workstreams including pricing, inventory and reporting.

Ideal candidates have hands-on ERP experience, strong analysis skills, and comfort bridging business users with technical teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP implementation experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong business-process analysis and requirements-development skills.
• Comfort working with both business users and technical resources.
• Proficient data skills; advanced Excel; SQL/Power BI desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ERP implementation problems and drive them toward resolution.
• Work with subject-matter experts to understand processes, identify gaps, and translate needs into ERP requirements.
• Support solutioning across order-to-cash, pricing, operations, inventory, integrations and reporting.
• Help design and implement pricing business rules, data requirements, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Organize, cleanse, validate and reconcile data for conversion, testing and readiness.
• Develop clear requirements for Power BI dashboards and coordinate with developers.
• Coordinate testing/UAT, document defects, and verify fixes meet business needs.
• Maintain visibility into issues, risks and decisions; escalate when needed.
• Assist with EDI implementation during later phases, including mapping and testing.
