Job summary

The ERP & Enterprise Applications Lead role in Belfast is a hybrid, 12-month fixed-term contract with a growing organisation undergoing a major technology transformation centered on a new ERP implementation. You will serve as the internal ERP and solution lead, collaborating with business stakeholders, IT and external implementation partners to shape the project and drive successful delivery.

You will guide solution design, data migration, integrations, testing, cutover and stabilisation, while

Qualifications

Experience across at least one significant end-to-end ERP implementation.
Strong ERP solution design and architecture knowledge.
Experience across data migration, integrations, testing, cutover and go-live.
Confidence working with and challenging external implementation partners.
Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Act as internal ERP and solution lead across business, IT and external partners.
Involve throughout the ERP lifecycle: design, configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, cutover and stabilisation.
Provide informed challenge to ensure standard ERP capability and avoid over-customisation.
