Job summary

MCS Group | Your Specialist Recruitment Consultancy in Belfast is seeking an experienced ERP/Workday Test Lead to own the programme testing lifecycle for a major enterprise-wide transformation. You will ensure processes, integrations, data migration, security and reporting are validated and ready for go-live, coordinating between the programme team, SI, Workday and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Test Lead or Test Manager.
• Experience leading testing across a multi-module enterprise-system deployment.
• Strong UAT, defect-management and quality-assurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Programme Test Strategy and Test Plan.
• Establish testing standards, governance, controls and reporting.
• Define entry and exit criteria for each testing phase.
• Plan and coordinate testing across a multi-module deployment.
• Manage test-script preparation, execution, schedules and resources.
• Coordinate business participation and support users through UAT.
• Facilitate test-planning, defect-triage and readiness workshops.
• Establish and manage the programme defect process.
• Monitor testing progress, risks, defects and quality metrics.
• Ensure business processes are fully represented within test scenarios.
• Support dress rehearsals, cutover and deployment planning.
• Provide formal testing sign-off and go-live readiness recommendations.
