Job description

Following an acquisition and new funding, our client is undertaking a major ERP transformation and needs an ERP Engineer to support the implementation, testing, and training phases of a business-wide ERP upgrade.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Preparation & Uploading – Cleanse and reformat operational data for upload
2. Testing – Design and execute end-to-end testing scenarios across modules, working with stakeholders to validate system function
3. Report Updates – Modify and specify new reports, collaborating with 3rd party vendors to ensure clarity and actionability (SSRS knowledge beneficial)
4. Customisations – Review code, ensuring legacy C# customisations are correctly converted to Function calls; experience with BPMs and Dashboards is advantageous
5. Training & Documentation – Create training materials and SOPs for users to ensure confidence in using the new system

About You

1. Hands-on ERP experience, ideally Epicor
2. Background in software development, data engineering, or ERP support
3. Understanding of C#, Functions, SSRS, and BPMs/Dashboards
