Job Summary

As an ERP Systems Software Engineer, you will serve as a skilled and knowledgeable IT team member whose role is to provide business support and deliver best practices around the analysis, design, and development of software applications and solutions in line with the business requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Supports the development, testing, and implementation of new software solutions, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Ensures the business is aware of the latest capabilities and drives standard application best practices.
• Ensures IT security requirements are observed and integrated into future demands/requirements.
• Provides structured training for business/functions for maximum effectiveness.
• Acts as a trusted partner to the business in providing fit-for-purpose applications and solutions.
• Keeps abreast of latest capabilities and promotes the use of standard tools and processes in the system arena.
• Liaises with external parties (consultants, software vendors, auditors, etc.) as required.
• Gathers functional and non-functional requirements of systems, processes, and business models.
• Supports change management processes.
• Assists in estimating time and costs for projects.
• Identifies options for potential solutions and assesses their suitability.
• Documents processes and procedures, maintaining them regularly.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on programming experience with .NET and C# in a MS Web Server environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience creating and maintaining Oracle objects, stored procedures, tables, views, functions, materialized views, DB links, etc., in a relational database environment (preferably Oracle).
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• U.S. Person status per ITAR regulations for export compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience with Cincom Control is desired.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Finance, Engineering, and/or Purchasing.
• Experience working in an Aerospace and Defense environment.
