Job summary
P3M Recruitment is seeking an IT Project Manager for a hybrid role delivering end-to-end ERP, CRM and enterprise software projects. You will manage implementations, data migrations, integrations and go-lives across client environments, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
The role requires 4+ years of IT project management experience, with strong stakeholder and vendor management, and familiarity with Jira, MS Project Online and DevOps tools. Some on-site presence is expected.

- 4+ years of experience delivering complex software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ERP, CRM and enterprise software projects end-to-end.
- Enterprise Infrastructure implementations end-to-end.
- Define scope, plans and milestones across multi disciplinary teams.
- Lead implementation, configuration, customisation and integrations.
- Oversee data migration, cutover and validation activity.
- Manage vendors, suppliers and technical teams.
- Run governance, RAID management and progress reporting.
- Support business change and user adoption.
- Budget tracking and cost control.
