Job summary

Mysoft is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for ERP and SaaS implementations with mid-market and enterprise customers in the UK. You will own multiple projects, balancing timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations while guiding teams to successful outcomes.

You’ll be a proactive, people-focused leader with excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience managing ERP implementation projects.
• Experience delivering 4–8 concurrent ERP projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Jira, Asana or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle ERP and SaaS projects for mid-market and enterprise.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects; balance timelines, quality, and stakeholders.
• Define scope, timelines, and deliverables; keep projects on track.
• Act as primary contact for customers; build trusted relationships.
• Run project ceremonies: kick-offs, status updates, risk reviews, go-live.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery readiness.
• Maintain project documentation (plans, UAT, go-live readiness).
• Drive continuous improvement and scalable delivery practices.
