Job summary

BAE Systems in Warton is seeking a Demand Change Manager to govern the AirERP Change Request Management Process and prioritise demand into development backlogs. The role supports the Solution Factory to ensure timely change requests aligned with milestones.

You will coordinate with Business Functions, lead Change Boards, and contribute to sprint planning to enable successful releases within a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira work management and Agile boards.
• Significant experience in software project management.
• Ability to liaise with cross-functional teams (remote or in-person).

Responsibilities

• Manage and govern the AirERP Change Request Management Process.
• Support the Delivery Manager to ensure CRM processes are efficient.
• Run regular cadence with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and PM to capture demand.
• Lead sprint planning to prioritise backlog for releases.
• Prepare and chair weekly Change Boards and provide backlog status reports.
