BAE Systems in Warton is seeking a Demand Change Manager to govern the AirERP Change Request Management Process and prioritise demand into development backlogs. The role supports the Solution Factory to ensure timely change requests aligned with milestones.
You will coordinate with Business Functions, lead Change Boards, and contribute to sprint planning to enable successful releases within a hybrid work arrangement.

Job Description:
You will join an inclusive team within the Air ERP organisation, reporting to the Air ERP Delivery Manager, that has responsibility and accountability for the management and governance of Business As Usual (BAU) and Transformational Project-related Change Requests.
As a Demand Change Manager, you will support the Solution Factory to ensure that change requirements are prioritised into the development backlog to support provision of change requests in a timely manner according to planned milestones.
