Job summary

Filtronic Plc seeks an experienced Business Systems Transformation Manager to own and optimise core business systems, translate requirements into scalable solutions and drive end-to-end delivery across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Programmes, Finance and Quality.

You will shape the systems roadmap, manage external providers and build internal capability, delivering data governance, reporting and streamlined processes across a growing manufacturing business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Business Systems, ERP, Applications or Systems Transformation role.
• A strong track record of implementing and improving ERP and wider enterprise systems.
• Strong practical ERP expertise, including configuration, workflows, reporting, testing, troubleshooting and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Filtronic’s business systems roadmap, aligned with growth and operational priorities.
• Lead the implementation, optimisation and continuous improvement of core business systems.
• Work with functional teams to understand processes, requirements, constraints and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into effective system and process solutions.
• Hands-on system configuration, workflows, reporting, testing and issue resolution.
• Lead system changes from requirements through design, UAT, implementation and adoption.
• Remove unnecessary manual processes, duplication and workarounds.
• Improve integration and information flow across system landscape.
• Establish robust data governance, master-data ownership and system controls.
• Develop reporting, dashboards and management information for visibility.
