Tact, a Liverpool-based business, is seeking a leader to own its business systems and drive improvements that solve real business problems. You will not need to code, but you will need to challenge developers and understand the technical side well.

A major early task is involvement in the ERP replacement, alongside integrations and process improvements, with direct exposure to strategic decision-making and high visibility within the tech function.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of systems integrations, APIs, data flows.
• Experience working with ERP / business-critical systems.
• Track record of owning and delivering systems or process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve business systems to solve real business problems.
• Lead ERP replacement projects, integrations and process improvements.
• Collaborate with the Director of Technology to shape the technical strategy and direction.
