Michael Page HR in London is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to lead an emerging ER function for a luxury retail brand. You will provide expert employment relations guidance, manage disciplinary and grievance processes, and align policies with UK employment law.

Based in our London office, the role requires proactive stakeholder engagement across the business, strong investigation skills, and the ability to shape relationships with managers and legal teams in a fast-moving FMCG

Qualifications

  • Experience in the FMCG industry is beneficial.

As an ER Specialist in London, you'll support the HR function within this highly acclaimed fashion industry by handling employee relations matters. Description
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

Profile

A successful ER Specialist should have:

  • Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is beneficial.
  • A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple priorities.

Please note: this role will be 5 days per week in the London office. This is a highly collaborative, in-person culture where relationship building and stakeholder engagement are central to success. WFH days are permitted.
