Working in a hybrid capacity, you'll play a key role in providing expert Employee Relations support, partnering with leaders to manage a broad range of ER cases while driving positive colleague outcomes.

As an ER Specialist, you'll provide practical advice and coaching on absence, conduct and performance matters, helping leaders navigate policies and processes with confidence. You'll also identify trends within casework, support colleague retention initiatives and contribute to continuous improvements across the employee experience.

Duties:

• Manage a high volume of Employee Relations cases across absence, conduct and performance.
• Coach and support managers through both informal and formal case management processes.
• Provide expert guidance on company policies and HR best practice.
• Support the rollout of colleague retention initiatives.
• Work proactively with leaders to identify and resolve ER issues at an early stage.
