Responsibilities

• Centralise and manage employee relations within a complex org structure.
• Review and refine HR policies with legal teams for compliance and best practice.
• Develop clear, accessible policies for managers to implement independently.
• Maximise use of HR software to centralise staff information.
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual HR data reports.
• Support retention, attraction and succession planning with Learning & Development.
