Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations and case management.

• Confident managing cases independently.
• Travel between Bristol sites requires driving licence.

• Managing a busy and varied employee relations caseload.
• Advising and supporting managers on HR and ER matters.
• Handling grievances and absence management cases.
• Providing practical, empathetic and commercially sensible HR advice.
• Working across different sites within Bristol when required.
• Building strong relationships with managers and colleagues across the organisation.
