Leeds Building Society is looking for an Employee Relations and Change People Business Partner to act as a trusted partner to leaders, guiding complex ER casework, organisational change and related people projects. You will balance colleague experience, commercial priorities and employment law to help the Society make sound decisions and deliver change effectively, with strong stakeholder influence and data-led insights.
Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office.

You'll be a trusted partner to leaders and colleagues across the Society, supporting the delivery of complex employee relations case management, organisational change and the delivery of continuous improvement people projects. You'll balance colleague experience, commercial priorities and employment law to help the Society make sound decisions and deliver change effectively.
