Leeds Building Society is seeking an AI Engineer to join the Data Strategy team and help us build practical, secure and responsible AI solutions for colleagues and members. You’ll design, deploy and govern AI capabilities, working with security, risk and data teams to move ideas from proof of concept to scalable deployments.
The role offers hybrid working, and a 12% bonus potential with a 26‑day holiday allowance.

You'll design, build and embed AI capabilities that solve real business problems and support our transformation, data and AI ambitions. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work closely with business teams, architects, security, risk and data colleagues to take ideas from proof of concept through to scalable, well-governed solutions.
