Citi Belfast is seeking an intermediate Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2 to join the Equity Swaps Middle Office within Market Operations. The role focuses on servicing Prime Swap clients and acting as the main contact for operational queries, working across the front office, middle office and operations.

You’ll support trade lifecycle management, risk controls and process improvements, while coordinating with desks, clients and technology partners to deliver timely resolutions and value-added

Qualifications

• Experience & Domain Knowledge in securities, derivatives and treasury products.
• Proven ability to perform in fast-paced, high-risk operational environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to Front Office Sales and Trading around lifecycle management.
• Maintain culture of risk awareness and escalate issues promptly.
• Handle trade capture/allocation, trade exceptions and connectivity with tech partners.
• Be main point of contact for client operational queries and settlements.
• Manage client trade activity and liaise with desks and clients to resolve issues.
• Support Front to Back reconciliation and identify operational risks.
• Contribute to development of new trade lifecycle techniques and process improvements.
• Drive initiatives to reduce manual touch points for the global team.
