Citi Belfast is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join the FXLM Operations Technology team. You will support Operations and Regulatory Technology projects, design functional requirements, and work closely with trading, operations, and finance to deliver robust back-office solutions.

The role involves transforming business needs into precise specifications, aligning with SDLC processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple asset classes.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in Investment/Global Banks, focusing on FX, Trade Processing or Risk Management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end front-to-back workflows across multiple asset classes (FX, FI, MM, Derivatives).
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile development methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with stakeholders in Trading, Operations, Finance, Product Control, Technology and PMO to run meetings and gather requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across lines for transformation projects and process understanding.
• Translate current business processes into functional specifications for the technology solution.
• Create high-quality BRD/functional documentation and ensure traceability from BRD to Test Plans.
• Analyze large data sets, create flow diagrams, and prepare high-level summaries and workflows.
• Partner with developers and testers to ensure quality delivery and on-time releases.
• Engage with developers and testers to resolve defects and supporting enhancements.
