Citi Belfast is seeking an intermediate Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2 to join the Equity Swaps Middle Office within Citi Market Operations. You will be the primary point of contact for operational queries from Prime Swap clients and interact with the Front Office, Business, and Operations to deliver efficient service.

You will support lifecycle management, trade handling, and client settlement resolution, while contributing to risk controls and process improvements in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Baseline knowledge of securities, derivatives, and treasury products.
• Experience in transaction processing or operational workflows.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-risk environment.
• Ability to analyze moderately complex datasets and identify discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Support Front Office around lifecycle management.
• Act as main contact for client operational queries.
• Manage client trade activity and settlement queries.
• Assist with trade capture, reconciliation, and risk controls.
• Contribute to process improvements and reduce manual touch points.
• Coordinate with desks, clients, and tech partners.
