Job summary

Citi Belfast is seeking a Business Analyst to support Operations Tech in FXLM, covering front-to-back workflows across FX, rates, and derivatives. You will gather requirements, document functional specs, and collaborate with Trading, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver solutions.

The role offers a hybrid work model (up to 2 days at home per week), a competitive base salary, and a suite of benefits including medical, pension, and learning resources.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within Investment/Global Bank in FX, Trade Processing or Risk Management.
• Understanding of front-to-back workflow for at least two asset classes (FX, FI, MM, Derivatives).
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of FX Options, Bonds, Rates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate requirements into specs.
• Strong data analysis and ability to troubleshoot data quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders in Trading, Operations, Finance, Product Control, Technology and PMO to gather requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Business lines for transformation projects and process understanding.
• Analyze current processes and provide functional design inputs for technology solutions.
• Create high quality documentation for BRD, FRD, and Test Plans.
• Manage traceability of requirements from BRD to Test Plan/Results.
• Analyze large data sets, create diagrams, and summarize workflows.
• Work with development leads on enhancements/defects and assist with troubleshooting.
