Job summary

Provide care Solutions LTD is seeking an operational leader to develop and deliver technical training programmes for Equipment Technicians and Driver Technicians, ensuring staff are competent in assembly, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of community equipment.

The role includes day-to-day management of the Equipment Technician function and may support Warehouse operations to ensure targets are met, with line management responsibilities, KPI monitoring, SOP improvements and sharing

Qualifications

• Develop and deliver technical training programmes for Equipment Technicians and Driver Technicians.
• Identify training needs and conduct competency assessments.
• Maintain training records and competency matrices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and operation of the Equipment Technician function.
• Support Warehouse operations to achieve targets.
• Lead staff, monitor KPI performance, and address non-compliance.
• Review and implement SOPs and drive continuous improvement across the service.
