Job summary

THG, a global ecommerce group, seeks an Administrator to manage the group’s eQMS across seven sites, ensuring robust document control and accurate complaint reporting. You will support central functions and site technical teams to maintain audit readiness.

Requirements include QA or technical admin experience in food manufacturing/FMCG, and strong proficiency with eQMS platforms and Microsoft Excel. The role offers training opportunities and employee benefits as part of THG.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Technical Administration, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Proficiency with digital platforms, databases, or electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS), plus strong Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills to train site users and handle inquiries.

Responsibilities

• eQMS & Document Control System Administration: manage user accounts, configurations, approvals, and system maintenance.
• Complaint & Incident Reporting Portal: monitor portals and coordinate investigations; data cleansing and reporting.
• Audit & Site Compliance Support: maintain audit calendar, track certifications, and support site teams during low-resource periods.
