Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an EPRR Manager to act as the Trust’s single point of contact for Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response. The role leads on contingency planning, major incidents, and business continuity across the organisation, coordinating cross‑agency responses and ensuring compliance with NHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Trust's Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) agenda as the single point of contact and expert.
• Develop, implement and maintain EPRR policies, plans and procedures including major incidents, pandemic and business continuity.
• Advise on risk management and ensure alignment with NHS EPRR Core Standards and Local Resilience Forum requirements.
• Coordinate training, desktop and scenario exercises; test interdependencies and ensure assurance across directorates.
• Budget holder for EPRR related activities and monitor expenditure with senior leadership.
