Job summary

NHS Jobs seeks an experienced EPRR Manager to lead Emergency Preparedness, Resilience & Response across the Trust. You will act as the lead tactical advisor to the Strategic and Tactical commander during significant incidents and coordinate guidance, training, and exercises for staff at all levels.

Maintain liaison with regional partners, ensure compliance with EPRR standards, and drive continuous improvement in resilience planning and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead on tactical advisory during major incidents and function as the dedicated EPRR expert within the Trust.
• Provide a single point of contact for all EPRR matters internally and externally.
• Develop, review, and coordinate EPRR plans and business continuity arrangements across services.
• Lead debriefs after major incidents and integrate lessons learned into future responses.
