Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in the UK is seeking an EPRR Manager to lead the Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response strategy across the Trust and partner organisations. You will drive policy development, staff training, and cross-agency collaboration to ensure robust contingency planning and timely incident response.

The role requires expertise in EPRR frameworks, risk assessment and engagement with regional partners, with a focus on maintaining resilient health and social care

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large and variable workload.
• 2 years experience within another NHS Organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Trust's EPRR function, ensuring readiness for major incidents and continuity of care.
• Develop, implement and maintain policies, plans and procedures for contingency planning and emergency preparedness.
• Advise and support management on contingency planning and risk management across directorates.
• Ensure Trust engagement with HERGs and regional partners, aligning with Local Resilience Forum requirements.
• Coordinate testing and exercise planning to validate EPRR arrangements and organisational resilience.
• Oversee business continuity planning, ensure interdependencies are reflected in risk registers and plans.
