Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering EPR training within NHS/healthcare.
• Understanding of clinical workflows and hospital processes.
• Experience supporting EPR implementations/upgrades/rollouts.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to users with varying IT experience.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple training sessions.
• Experience with Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), CareFlow or other NHS EPR platforms preferred.

• Provide one-to-one and group training to ensure staff can confidently use the system.

• Work closely with clinical teams, IT departments and project leads to ensure training meets operational needs.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery.
