Belmont Recruitment is recruiting for an NHS organisation offering an initial temporary contract for an EPR Analyst / EPR Support Analyst. The role supports Electronic Patient Record systems, troubleshooting for clinical and non-clinical users, and system administration tasks, with potential for extension.

The successful candidate will assist with upgrades, testing and improvements, monitor data quality, and provide staff training on EPR functionality.

Good Afternoon, I am currently recruiting for an NHS organisation who are offering an initial temporary contract for an EPR Analyst / EPR Support Analyst, with the potential for extension. The rate is negotiable depending on experience.

This role can be based nationwide, with location and working arrangements to be confirmed.

The right candidate will:

• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems.
• Respond to queries and technical issues from clinical and non-clinical users.
• Support system administration, user access and configuration.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, implementation and improvements.
• Monitor data quality and produce reports to support operational requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on EPR functionality and processes.
• Work closely with clinical teams, IT departments and external system suppliers.

We require the following:

• Previous experience supporting or administering EPR systems within the NHS or healthcare sector.
• Good understanding of clinical systems and NHS workflows.
• Experience investigating and resolving system issues.
• Strong IT, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with systems such as Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), CareFlow or other NHS EPR platforms would be advantageous.
