Job summary

Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Product Lead for the Nervecentre suite within the EPR programme. The postholder will own the roadmap, drive from implementation to optimisation, and collaborate with EMAP and Nervecentre on future developments.

You will gather clinical, operational and technical requirements, manage stakeholders, and ensure patient safety and efficiency. Hybrid working is available, with on-site presence required at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in digital, informatics, business management, healthcare, project management or a related field
• Evidence of continuing professional development
• Demonstrable knowledge of product management, service improvement or digital transformation methods

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Nervecentre product roadmap, development priorities and product strategy advice
• Lead the transition from programme implementation into optimisation and BAU support
• Work with EMAP and Nervecentre to identify and influence future product developments
• Gather and prioritise clinical, operational and technical requirements
• Act as the key link between stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams
• Lead product governance, prioritisation and benefits realisation
• Ensure developments support patient safety, operational efficiency and strategic objectives
• Monitor product performance, user adoption and benefits, driving continuous improvement
• Develop business cases for enhancements, integrations and innovation
• Support deployment, testing, training, communications and optimisation
• Work with services to identify workflow improvement and transformation opportunities
• Build relationships with Nervecentre user groups and support supplier and roadmap management
