Job summary

Chesterfield Royal NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Programme Director for the Nervecentre EPR Programme. You will provide strategic leadership and ensure delivery across clinical, technical and operational workstreams, with governance and budget accountability.

You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage risks, lead supplier relationships and drive benefits realisation to improve patient care and hospital performance. Hybrid working applies with on-site presence required.

Qualifications

• Educated to master’s level or equivalent experience.
• Programme or project management qualification (MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent).
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Leadership qualification or equivalent senior management experience.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Digital Health, Healthcare Management or Informatics.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and accountability for the Nervecentre EPR Programme delivery.
• Lead planning, governance, delivery, finances, risks and benefits to meet objectives and budget.
• Drive clinical and operational transformation with stakeholders to maximise adoption and safety.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee go-live and operational readiness activities.
• Ensure programme assurance, benefits realisation and continuous optimisation after deployment.
