Job summary

Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is leading a major EPR programme across the NWUHG to modernise digital healthcare, with a focus on pathology and Laboratory Information Management (LIMS) changes. The role reports within the EPA IT structure and collaborates with clinical leads across the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King’s Lynn and the broader group.

Qualifications

• Experience of LIMS systems and pathology services is a fundamental requirement.
• MEDITECH Expanse experience will be guided by the programme.
• Knowledge of pathology test catalog alignment with EPR build is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pathology and LIMS changes for the EPR programme.
• Coordinate testing with clinical leads and suppliers through go-live and stabilisation.
• Ensure changes preserve laboratory quality standards, clinical safety and accreditation.
