Job summary

Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an energetic Transformation and Adoption leader to support the EPR programme across three Trusts. You will work with clinical, operational and programme leaders to drive change, handle organisational readiness, and coordinate UAT and communications.

In ten months, the collaborative will launch a single Electronic Patient Record across three acute sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transformational change programmes within NHS or large complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage senior clinicians and operational leaders.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-trust transformation projects across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change management & transformation delivery across three NHS Trusts.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Testing Lead and oversee testing activities.
• Drive organisational readiness, communications, engagement and workforce adoption planning.
