Job summary

IT Works Health LTD is seeking an experienced Information Analyst / Data Quality Analyst to support reporting and data requirements across an EPR environment, with a focus on elective pathways within NHS healthcare settings.

You will analyse clinical and operational data, ensure data quality, and produce dashboards using Power BI. Strong SQL skills and experience with EPR/clinical systems are essential to translate data into actionable insights for operational teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as Information Analyst, Data Analyst or Data Quality Analyst, NHS/healthcare preferred.
• Experience with EPR/clinical systems and reporting.
• Strong understanding of SQL and data management.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Understanding of elective pathways and NHS processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting requirements across the EPR.
• Analyse clinical and operational data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Support data quality (DQ) activity, ensuring data is accurate, consistent and fit for purpose.
• Produce and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Use SQL to extract, manipulate and analyse data.
• Work closely with operational teams to understand how data is generated and used on the ground.
• Translate operational requirements into meaningful reporting and data solutions.
• Proactively identify data issues and provide practical recommendations to improve data quality and reporting.
