Job summary

Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking three Band 6 analysts for a fixed-term 24-month role within the Analytics arm of the EPR project. The role emphasizes testing, data reconciliation and reporting across ED, Inpatients, Outpatients, Theatres and RTT using Power BI, SSRS and Excel.

You will apply advanced SQL and NHS data definitions, delivering timely, high-quality dashboards and insights to support Go Live and ongoing performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of SQL and data definitions.
• Experience using Windows-based tools (spreadsheets and databases) to expert level.
• Experience using Trust-specific software for management information reporting.
• Good understanding of NHS key performance targets.
• Ability to interpret user requirements and information definitions.

Responsibilities

• Test and reconcile complex datasets for the EPR project.
• Create reports and dashboards across multiple services (ED, Inpatients, Outpatients, Theatres, RTT).
• Provide high-quality data outputs to inform decision-making pre- and post-Go Live.
• Advise on data quality and issues, liaising with stakeholders across the Trust.
