Job summary

UHCW is seeking an EPR Clinical Systems Support Analyst to join the Clinical Systems Team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is office-based at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire in Coventry, with an on-call rota and 37.5-hour week.

The post requires managing and creating EPR accounts, supporting users, and coordinating data collection workbooks, with opportunities to contribute to NHS electronic patient record workflows.

Qualifications

• IT qualification (HNC) or equivalent through experience/knowledge.
• GCSE or equivalent including Maths and English.
• Good general standard of education.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive support service to users of the systems managed.
• Liaise with external users of the systems managed, providing support and advice.
• Management of Data Collection Workbook(s) (DCW).
• Undertake periodic audits of data to ensure compliance with NHS Data Manual.
• Participate in testing of new version releases for managed systems.
• Create and manage accounts for new users.
• Deactivate accounts and user access for leavers.
• Allocate appropriate system access per ICT Security Policy.
• Assist EPR Workflow Lead in validation of training material.
• Familiarise with basic administration of other ICT systems for cover.
