Harrogate & District NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Patient Systems Specialist to lead the Patient Systems Team. If you have expertise in SystmOne and other EPR systems, a proactive approach and confidence managing changing workloads, we would like to hear from you.

You will oversee support, maintenance, training, testing and ongoing development of clinical systems used across the Trust, working with end users, services and system suppliers to resolve issues and deliver projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Specialist knowledge of electronic patient record systems.
• Experience in SystmOne and/or other EPR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team providing support, maintenance, training, testing and development of clinical EPR systems.
• Resolve incidents via the Service Desk and communicate solutions to users.
• Collaborate with digital colleagues, informatics and clinical directorates to deliver projects on schedule.
