AECOM in the UK is seeking an experienced Electrical/Power Monitoring and Controls System Engineer to lead EPMS/PMS design across data centre projects. You will collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and controls teams to deliver robust EPMS solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive project delivery from feasibility through commissioning.

The role requires data centre experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel nationally.

Formación

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in electrical engineering with building services bias.
• Member of IET or CIBSE; CEng accreditation in progress is a plus.
• Proven track record leading EPMS/controls designs across architectures.
• Team player capable of collaborating with building services and wider disciplines.
• Postgraduate experience in building services design for data centres.
• Able to liaise with clients, PMs and contractors; open to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and oversee contractor implementation of EPMS systems across any architecture.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including clients and senior management.
• Manage complex projects from feasibility to progress reporting and cost analysis.
• Conduct surveys, FAT/SAT tests, and provide training and clear reports.
• Drive business development and mentor the EPMS/PMS team; promote safety.
• Support integration of M&E and control systems; ensure regulatory compliance.
