What will you be doing?

Your responsibilities as an Assistant Manager include:

  • Leading and managing projects or work-streams of small to medium size and complexity (including data analysis, drafting report findings, attending client meetings)
  • Monitoring and supporting team members' development, with a focus on coaching and skills transfer
  • Supporting practice development initiatives that are key to scaling the business and fulfilling our mission
  • Contributing to business development activities, including shaping, developing, and presenting proposals/bids for future work

What will you need to do it?

Successful candidates should demonstrate:

  • Experience in a finance project environment, including financial processes like Integrated Business Planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Experience leading elements of EPM projects
  • Understanding of issues facing finance functions, finance business partnering, and trends in finance
  • Relevant experience in large corporates, financial services, infrastructure, government, or healthcare sectors
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs on time and exceeding client expectations
  • Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and develop solutions

Relevant experience in Workday Adaptive Planning technology:

  • Experience implementing or supporting Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Functional financial experience in EPM solutions like Workday, SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, One Stream
  • Experience with Adaptive Model building and report development tools such as Business Objects, Crystal, Workday Report Writer
  • Designing, building, and testing models/reports in Workday Adaptive Finance
  • Knowledge of planning Versions, Model sheets, Cube sheets, shared formulas
  • Building Office Connect Reports and Dashboards for data analysis and trend visualization
  • Participation in Plan and Architect phases and relevant experience
