Job summary

Griffon Marine Ltd seeks an Epicor Change Manager to lead ERP development and ongoing improvement across the business from Fareham. You will head the Epicor superuser team and translate requirements into practical system changes during phase 2 implementation.

You will engage stakeholders across departments, manage external consultants, and promote standard Epicor usage to support operations and financial performance, with occasional hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong business-process analysis skills.
• Experience leading organisational change.
• Structured analytical approach with attention to data quality.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong commercial awareness of ERP impact on performance.
• Experience with external ERP consultants.
• Delivery of ERP development or improvement projects.
• Knowledge of Epicor modules including Finance, Job Management, Production, Materials, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales and Project Management.
• Experience with Epicor configuration and reporting tools such as BAQs and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Epicor ERP development roadmap.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
• Work with external consultants to translate requirements into specifications.
• Lead Epicor configuration, enhancements, integrations, reporting and upgrades.
• Develop user communications, training and support for new processes.
• Champion standardisation and avoid unnecessary customisation.
• Oversee user access and controls with IT and process owners.
• Monitor adoption and report progress to Senior Leadership Team.
