Job summary

Chapman Tate Associates seeks an experienced Epicor ERP Consultant to join their team in the UK. This hands-on, client-facing role collaborates with manufacturing, distribution and supply chain teams to drive ERP improvements and maximise Epicor value.

You will deliver functional Epicor across implementations, upgrades and optimisation projects, gathering requirements, mapping processes, configuring ERP functionality, and supporting go-lives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Epicor ERP experience in manufacturing, distribution or supply chain.
• Experience with Epicor implementations, configuration or optimisation.
• Strong understanding of operational business processes.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Able to work with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into Epicor solutions.
• Map and improve manufacturing, distribution and supply chain processes.
• Configure and support Epicor ERP functionality.
• Support implementations, upgrades, testing and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot complex functional issues.
• Work with technical teams on integrations and system enhancements.
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior management.
