Job summary

Chapman Tate Associates is seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Consultant to join their team in a hands-on, client-facing capacity. You will work with manufacturing, distribution and supply chain teams to deliver ERP solutions and maximise Epicor value.

The role covers functional delivery across implementations, upgrades and optimisation projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration, testing and go-live support. A strong stakeholder-management mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Epicor ERP experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution or supply chain environments.
• Experience with Epicor implementations, configuration or optimisation.
• Strong understanding of operational business processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work confidently with both operational teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into Epicor solutions.
• Map and improve manufacturing, distribution and supply chain processes.
• Configure and support Epicor ERP functionality.
• Support implementations, upgrades, testing and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot complex functional issues.
• Work with technical teams on integrations and system enhancements.
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior management.
