Job summary

Chapman Tate Associates is seeking an Epicor ERP Consultant to join their team in a hybrid UK-based role. The successful candidate will work with manufacturing, distribution and supply chain teams to optimise processes and maximise Epicor value.

You will lead functional delivery across implementations, upgrades and optimisation projects, gathering requirements, configuring Epicor, and supporting go-lives while partnering with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Epicor ERP solutions across manufacturing, distribution or supply chain environments.
• Strong functional delivery skills across ERP implementations, upgrades and optimisation.
• Ability to translate business needs into Epicor configurations and enhancements.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into Epicor solutions.
• Map and optimise manufacturing, distribution and supply chain processes.
• Configure and support Epicor ERP functionality.
• Support implementations, upgrades, testing and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot complex functional issues with agility.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and enhancements.
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
